Prehistory: The First[]

The Kuu Chief is the leader of the Kuu Tribe. He is the one who organizes the sacrifices demanded by Odo, seeing it as a god. He sends Zaki and some tribe members to recapture Beru after she escapes in order to fulfill the sacrificial ritual. He seems to be unable to fight and relies on Zaki to confront Pogo when he finally reaches them at the sacrificial platform. When the platform is destroyed, he rushes towards Odo, only to end up devoured by the dinosaur, his crown the only trace of him remaining. | |

The Elder is the oldest member and the leader of the Southern Tribe, with savage hair reaching to his feet. He is a very stern but capable leader, dividing up food fairly and personally teaching the younger tribe members how to hunt. The Female Goris are a group of five female gorillas. They were captured by the Kuu Tribe with the intent to sacrifice to Odo, until they were discovered and saved by a lovestruck Gori. They pamper Gori generously until Pogo snaps him out of it. Afterwards, they follow Pogo and Gori throughout the room, and when interacted with, they shake their breasts. They are later seen in the chapter's ending, the five of them dragging Gori into a room. | |
Imperial China: The Successor[]
Yun´s Grandmother is the sole caretaker of Yun Jou. She is an elderly woman that lives in Wong Village. She had suffered from the plague that had hit Wong Town until the Earthen Heart Shifu arrived and gave the townspeople Nature's Providence to cure them. She remarks that Yun is acting strange recently, not realizing he has begun mugging people under the thumb of Sun Tzu Wang, and wonders if she could be at fault. When Yun is taken under the Shifu's wing, Yun's Grandmother implores the Shifu to give the boy a chance. | |

| So Zu and Man Zu are a pair of students of the Indomitable Fist school. They are trained assassins who serve as the personal guard of Ou Di Wan Lee. They hound their master every waking moment at his command, for the sole purpose of always keeping him alert. As the Earthen Heart Shifu and his disciple prepare to fight Lee, he deceptively sics So Zu and Man Zu on the pair to overwhelm them. The students are beaten by the Shifu while the disciple faces Lee in the chapter's final battle, and thus are not fought. | |
The Wild West: The Wanderer[]

The Sheriff is the lawman and lead authority of Success. While he does care about the safety of the townspeople, he knows that he alone can't stop O. Dio's Crazy Bunch, and is reluctant to place the people in any real danger. Unfortunately, his hesitance has led the Crazy Bunch to walk all over the townsfolk, and has earned him the ire of his son Billy, who looks on him as a coward. | |

The Barkeep is the bartender that owns the Crystal Saloon in Success, and the brother of Annie. He also owns a brewery in the western end of town. He puts up Sundown's wanted poster on the bar at the chapter's start, as requested by the Sheriff. When Sundown enters the saloon, he quickly kertows to the stranger, before coming to realize Sundown's nobility. He later helps Sundown and Mad Dog set up traps like the rest of the villagers. He is the third fastest at setting traps of all the townsfolk. | |

Jennifer is an unseen dancing girl, and the subject of the special poster owned by the Barkeep. The Barkeep describes her as "sexy, but a little intimidating- but in a way that makes her even more appealing". Her likeness may be used to distract one of the members of the Crazy Bunch.

Twilight of Edo Japan: The Infiltrator[]

The Enma Clan Master is the leader of the Enma Ninja Clan. He is fully aware of the threat Ode Iou poses to Japan, but even so he refuses to allow his subordinate Hayate to infiltrate Ode Castle, for concern of his clan's future. In his stead he dispatches the young, but accomplished Oboromaru to the castle, placing the fate of the nation on his shoulders. | |
The Impostor Retainer is an unfortunate man who presented himself as a retainer of the Ode Clan. During a meeting of the retainers, he gives himself away when he accidentally blurts out the wrong password. He is subsequently carried off by two real retainers, never to be seen again. He serves as a warning to mind the castle's password system.

Ode Castle is infested with several mice that roam the attics. These mice are often caught in the various traps set by Puppetmaster Gennai. If Oboromaru makes contact with these mice while accompanied by the Mimic Mammet, the Mammet will panic and break down, rendering him unusable.

The Bizarre Pot is a curious piece of ceramic pottery that resides in the Path of Shuttered Lanterns, directly south from the Muramasa's chamber. When interacted with, it demands that Oboromaru feed it koban coins. The ninja may choose to give it various amounts, each eliciting a different response. Depositing a single koban will have it decry Oboromaru as cheap. Giving it six will have it imbue Oersted with his second most powerful technique, Deepest Dark. Giving it ten, the largest amount, will inspire it to grant Oboromaru his ultimate technique, Death Blossom.

| El Rudo was a Mexican Lucha Libre champion who trained and taught all his techniques to the Great Aja years prior to the events of The Strongest. He does not make a physical appearance, only being mentioned in Aja's bio. | |
| The Mysterious Fighter, known ingame as "???", is a man seen at the end of The Strongest after the defeat of Odie O'Bright. He appears to challenge Masaru, believing that he will become the new strongest man in the world if he defeats him. Only his back silhouette is seen. | |
The Near Future: The Outsider[]

Kazu is one of the children of the Bright Sparks Orphanage. He is a brash, disobedient child who likes to act tough, though he also has a crush on Yuki. During naptime, he refuses to listen to Taeko and sneaks outside to play, which leads to him being kidnapped by the Crusaders. Akira, Taroimo, and Matsu storm the docks where the bikers had brought the boy and rescue him. Once back at the orphanage, Kazu boasts about being rescued, though he privately admits to nearly soiling himself from fear.

The Distant Future: The Mechanical Heart[]
| The Cube Prototype is an incomplete version of Cube designed and built by Kato. Deemed unsatisfactory by Kato, it was kept deactivated in the Cogito Ergo Sum's Private Storage module. In the midst of the developing chaos onboard, the prototype is remotely accessed by the rogue mother computer, OD-10. OD-10 uses the prototype to directly harm the crew, including shutting off the cryogenic pod keeping Rachel alive, and critically injuring Kato. Cube and Corporal Darthe come across the impostor as it is attacking Kato, but there is a mix-up between the two identical robots. When the real Cube is able to identify himself by revealing information only he would know, OD-10 briefly speaks through the bot and reveals itself as the crew's enemy, before the prototype is gunned down with prejudice by Darthe. | |
The Middle Ages: The Lord of Dark[]

The Minister is the chancellor of Lucrece and primary aide to the King. He is first seen as the host of the Lucrece Battle Tournament, and later provides Oersted information on the old hero Hasshe. He is the first to find the King of Lucrece dead, and thus among the first to vilify Oersted. Accusing the warrior of being the Lord of Dark, he seemingly takes up the role of regent and has Uranus imprisoned. If found again as Oersted escapes the Lucrece dungeons, the Minister obsequiously tries to curry favor with Oersted. The Minister's soul can later be found in the Trial of Heart in the final chapter, still fearful of Oersted.

| The Queen of Lucrece is the posthumous wife to the King and mother of Princess Alethea. Twenty years prior to the start of the chapter, she was abducted by the previous Lord of Dark while pregnant with Alethea, but was saved by Hasshe and Uranus. She does not make a physical appearance in the chapter. | |

| The Lucretian Smallfolk are the common citizenry of the Kingdom of Lucrece. At first, the smallfolk laud Oersted as their hero, seeing him off on his quest to rescue Princess Alethea with generous gifts and hope in their hearts. They react with confusion when Oersted returns from the Archon's Roost, having failed. When Oersted is accused of being the Lord of Dark, the villagers' opinion of the knight take a drastic turn. As he runs through the streets, they barricade themselves in their homes, fearful of his approach and damning his name.
During the final chapter, The Dominion of Hate, the smallfolk of Lucrece are nowhere to be seen. It is implied that they were personally massacred by Odio, with no survivors. | |
The Fugalia Village Family are a small family who live in the settlement of Fugalia, consisting of a father, mother, and child. In particular, the child is a huge fan of Oersted. When Oersted first visits the family, all three welcome him into their home with open arms, the child celebrating his victories at the tournament. After Oersted is exiled from the kingdom, Oersted may visit the family again. The child refuses to believe the rumors about Oersted, but the mother and father, gripped by fear, refuse to allow Oersted near their child, and demand he leaves their home. The child's soul can later be found in the Trial of Heart in the final chapter, still refusing to believe Oersted could be the Lord of Dark.

Final Chapter: The Dominion of Hate[]
| The unofficially-named Phantom Horse is an enigmatic equine that roams the southern region of the Silent Wood, only emerging when the Sundown Kid is in the party. Approaching the horse causes it to flee in a different direction. Following its path through the trees will lead to the entrance of the Trial of Time. | |
| The Aspect of Cube is a being that serves as the guide of the Trial of Wisdom. It claims to be a portion of Cube's intelligence, and unlike Cube, is capable of speaking in full sentences. It appears as if out of nowhere from empty chairs whenever they are interacted with, and when spoken to it will provide the heroes clues on the trial's many riddles. | |
| Pogo's Baby is the infant child of Pogo and Beru, born sometime between The First and The Dominion of Hate. He is only seen in the chapter's true ending as Pogo, having returned from the Dominion, rushes into his and Beru's room to find the baby crying. He has green hair, just like his father. | |
| Gori's Babies are the infant ape children of Gori and the harem of female Goris. As Pogo and Beru hold their child, the Goris enter the couple's room and display all five of their children, each one crying up a storm. | |
| In the true ending, the Earthen Heart Master is seen teaching a new class of students in the ways of the Earthen Heart to keep the tradition alive. Sun Tzu Wang and his cronies are seen among the crowd. | |
| If Oboromaru chooses to follow Ryoma at the end of The Infiltrator, an unnamed assassin is shown storming Ryoma's abode in the true ending. He makes it as far as Ryoma's room, before he is ambushed by Oboromaru. | |
